My philosophy goes around a very simple mantra:

You are the expert of your business, I am the expert of the coaching process!

My approach is non-directive and will help us to put all your knowledge and expertise at the center of our partnership. My role will be to accompany you through the process of self-discovery, and transformation.

Either you are looking for private coaching, team coaching or you intend to arrange a team development workshop, our partnership will start with a discovery session in which we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, identify the areas where to address our focus, and to understand if there is the right connection between us to build a genuine and effective coaching relationship.

Once we are clear with what we want to do, we will define together the calendar of our sessions.

The vast majority of my clients prefer to work online using platforms like Zoom, Skype, Hangouts, Go To Meeting or WhatsApp and I also consider it very effective to reduce mutual costs, time and distances.

If you prefer an offline approach we can meet at my office, at yours, or in any other location that makes you feel comfortable.

I offer my coaching services in English, Spanish and Italian.
